What to say about CB&C, Inc.? In a nut shell I have had about 4 billing companies in the past. I’ll never forget the day when I met CB&C, Inc. It was about 7 years ago when Oxford had an open meeting to address insurance issues. The room was filled with angry chiropractors attacking the Oxford panel. Then, standing in the back of the room was a little voice – the voice of reason. It was Lynette Contreni asking the most intelligent insurance question I had ever heard! The Oxford board was so taken back that they invited her to their headquarters to help them straighten out their systems. During break I went into the hallway and got on my knees and begged her to take me on as a client (at the time she wasn’t taking any more new clients.) She took pity on me and I have been with them ever since and never looked back. The weakest part of my billing and collections in my office is me getting the information they need to get the job done. I have absolute trust and faith in them to get every single penny that is owed to me. At the same time they keep me up to date with every new rule and regulation that comes down the pike.
